Store fresh aloe vera gel in a clean, airtight container in the refrigerator to prevent contamination and maintain freshness. Keep away from strong-smelling foods.

Freezer

8-12 months

Freeze fresh aloe vera gel in ice cube trays for convenient portioning. Once frozen solid, transfer the cubes to heavy-duty freezer bags or airtight containers. Label with the date.
