Do not store raw blended eggs at room temperature. They are highly perishable and can quickly enter the temperature danger zone.
Refrigerator
2-4 days
Store promptly in a clean, airtight container in the coldest part of the refrigerator at 40°F (4°C) or below. Use within the recommended timeframe.
Freezer
1 year
Blended raw eggs can be frozen. Pour into freezer-safe, airtight containers or freezer bags. Thaw in the refrigerator and use immediately after thawing.

- Slimy texture
Room Temperature Safety
40°F–140°F
Do not leave blended eggs at room temperature for more than 2 hours. If the ambient temperature is above 90°F (32°C), discard after 1 hour.
Safe Handling
Cook blended eggs thoroughly to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) to destroy harmful bacteria.
Avoid cross-contamination by washing hands, utensils, cutting boards, and countertops with hot, soapy water after contact with raw eggs.
Do not consume raw or undercooked blended eggs, especially by individuals at higher risk for foodborne illness (e.g., young children, pregnant women, older adults, and immunocompromised individuals).
