Refrigerator

2-4 days

Store promptly in a clean, airtight container in the coldest part of the refrigerator at 40°F (4°C) or below. Use within the recommended timeframe.

Freezer

1 year

Blended raw eggs can be frozen. Pour into freezer-safe, airtight containers or freezer bags. Thaw in the refrigerator and use immediately after thawing.

Room Temperature Safety

2-hour rule (1 hour above 90°F/32°C)

40°F–140°F

Do not leave blended eggs at room temperature for more than 2 hours. If the ambient temperature is above 90°F (32°C), discard after 1 hour.
