Cooked buttered corn is a perishable food and should not be stored at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
Refrigerator
3-4 days
Store cooked buttered corn in shallow, airtight containers to ensure rapid cooling and prevent bacterial growth. Place in the coldest part of the refrigerator.
Freezer
10-12 months
For best quality, freeze cooked buttered corn in airtight freezer bags or containers. Remove as much air as possible to prevent freezer burn. Label with the date.

Room Temperature Safety
The 'Danger Zone' for bacterial growth is between 40°F (4°C) and 140°F (60°C).

Safe Handling
Refrigerate cooked buttered corn within 2 hours of cooking (1 hour if the ambient temperature is above 90°F/32°C).
