Refrigerator

Store Campechana in a shallow, airtight container in the coldest part of the refrigerator at 40°F (4°C) or below. Consume within 3-4 days.

Freezer

2-3 months

For best quality, freeze Campechana in an airtight, freezer-safe container. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving. Note that the texture of the seafood and sauce may change upon thawing.
