Expert Tips

Safe Handling

1

Always check cans for damage before opening. Discard cans that are bulging, leaking, or severely dented, as these can be signs of spoilage.

2

Once opened, promptly transfer any unused sardines to a clean, airtight container and refrigerate.

3

Do not consume if there are any signs of spoilage, regardless of the storage duration.
