Do not store cooked quiche at room temperature for more than 2 hours. If the ambient temperature is above 90°F (32°C), do not leave out for more than 1 hour.
Refrigerator
3-4 days
Refrigerate cooked quiche promptly in a shallow, airtight container to ensure rapid cooling and prevent bacterial growth. Store at 40°F (4°C) or below.
Freezer
2-3 months
To freeze cooked quiche, wrap individual slices or the whole quiche tightly in plastic wrap, then in aluminum foil or place in heavy-duty freezer bags. Label with the date. For best quality, thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.
Signs of Spoilage
