Freshly prepared, unpasteurized juice should be refrigerated immediately and not stored at room temperature.

Store freshly prepared celery juice in a clean, airtight container in the refrigerator at 40°F (4°C) or below. Consume within 2-3 days for best quality and safety.
Freezer
8-12 months
Freeze celery juice in airtight, freezer-safe containers, leaving headspace for expansion. Thaw in the refrigerator before consuming.
Signs of Spoilage
- Sour or off odor
- Significant change in color (darkening)
- Fuzzy mold growth
- Fizzy appearance or taste (indicating fermentation)
Room Temperature Safety
40°F–140°F (4°C–60°C)
Do not leave celery juice at room temperature for more than 2 hours. If the ambient temperature is above 90°F (32°C), discard after 1 hour.
Safe Handling
Wash celery thoroughly under running water before juicing to remove dirt and potential contaminants.
Use clean equipment for juicing to prevent cross-contamination.
Refrigerate freshly prepared celery juice immediately after juicing.
