Prepared cheese fondue is a perishable food and should not be stored at room temperature.

Refrigerator

3-4 days

Store promptly in a shallow, airtight container. Reheat thoroughly to 165°F (74°C).

Freezer

2-3 months

Freeze in an airtight, freezer-safe container. Thaw in the refrigerator before reheating. Note that the texture may change upon thawing and reheating.

  • Slimy or sticky texture
