Store ripe, unwashed cherry tomatoes in the crisper drawer. Refrigeration can affect texture and flavor, so use within the recommended time.

Freezer

Wash, core, and either freeze whole or chopped. Can be blanched first. Pack in freezer-safe bags or containers, removing as much air as possible.
