Room Temperature Safety

The 2-hour rule: Perishable foods should not be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours. If the ambient temperature is above 90°F (32°C), this time is reduced to 1 hour.

The 'Danger Zone' for food is between 40°F (4°C) and 140°F (60°C), where bacteria can multiply rapidly.

Always refrigerate Coconut Panna Cotta promptly. If it has been left out at room temperature for longer than the recommended time, it should be discarded to prevent foodborne illness.
