Pantry

Store uncooked converted rice in a cool, dry place in an airtight container to protect from moisture and pests. Once opened, use within 6 months for best quality.

Refrigerator

3-4 days

Refrigerate cooked converted rice in shallow, airtight containers within 1 hour of cooking. Cool rapidly before refrigerating to minimize bacterial growth.

Freezer

Freeze cooked converted rice in airtight freezer-safe containers or heavy-duty freezer bags. Label with the date of freezing.
