Cooked beef patties should not be stored at room temperature for extended periods due to rapid bacterial growth. Always refrigerate or freeze promptly.
Refrigerator
3-4 days
Refrigerate cooked beef patties promptly within 2 hours of cooking in shallow, airtight containers. Store on the lowest shelf to prevent cross-contamination.
Freezer
2-6 months
For best quality, wrap cooked beef patties tightly in heavy-duty aluminum foil or freezer wrap, or place in heavy-duty freezer bags. Label with the date.

Do not leave cooked beef patties at room temperature for more than 2 hours. If the ambient temperature is above 90°F (32°C), discard after 1 hour.
Safe Handling
Cook ground beef to an internal temperature of 160°F (71.1°C) as measured with a food thermometer.
Reheat all leftovers, including cooked beef patties, to an internal temperature of 165°F (73.9°C).
Avoid cross-contamination by using separate cutting boards and utensils for raw and cooked meats.
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before and after handling raw meat.
