Store cooked carne asada in shallow, airtight containers to ensure rapid cooling and prevent bacterial growth. Refrigerate promptly after cooking.
Freezer
2-6 months
For best quality, wrap cooked carne asada tightly in heavy-duty aluminum foil or freezer wrap, or place in heavy-duty freezer bags. Label with the date.
