Refrigerator

3-4 days

Store cooked chicken breast in a shallow airtight container or wrap tightly with heavy-duty aluminum foil or plastic wrap to prevent drying and absorption of odors. Place in the coldest part of the refrigerator.

Freezer

2-6 months

For best quality, freeze cooked chicken breast in airtight freezer bags or containers. Remove as much air as possible to prevent freezer burn. Label with the date.
