Refrigerator

Store cooked noodles in shallow, airtight containers to ensure rapid cooling and prevent contamination. Refrigerate promptly within 2 hours of cooking.
Freezer

For best quality, freeze cooked noodles in airtight freezer bags or containers. If freezing with sauce, ensure the sauce is cooled before combining and freezing. Thaw in the refrigerator.

Room Temperature Safety
The 'Danger Zone' for food is between 40°F (4°C) and 140°F (60°C), where bacteria can multiply rapidly.

Safe Handling
