Cooked spaghetti should be refrigerated promptly after cooking to prevent bacterial growth.

Store cooked spaghetti in shallow, airtight containers to ensure rapid cooling. Refrigerate within 2 hours of cooking.
Freezer
1-2 months
For best quality, freeze cooked spaghetti in airtight containers or heavy-duty freezer bags. You may add a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking before freezing. Thaw in the refrigerator.

Cooked spaghetti should not be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours. If the ambient temperature is above 90°F (32°C), it should not be left out for more than 1 hour, as bacteria multiply rapidly in the danger zone.

Reheat cooked spaghetti to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
