Room Temperature Safety

Cooked turkey ham should not be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours. If the temperature is above 90°F (32°C), it should not be left out for more than 1 hour, as bacteria multiply rapidly in the danger zone.
Safe Handling
Refrigerate or freeze cooked turkey ham within 2 hours of cooking or purchasing. If the ambient temperature is above 90°F (32°C), refrigerate within 1 hour.
Prevent cross-contamination by keeping cooked turkey ham separate from raw meats, poultry, and seafood. Use separate cutting boards, utensils, and plates.
Reheat any leftover cooked turkey ham to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) as measured with a food thermometer.
