Always refrigerate or freeze cooked corned beef promptly after serving. Discard any food left in the danger zone for too long.
Safe Handling
Reheat cooked corned beef to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) using a food thermometer.
Always wash hands with soap and water before and after handling raw or cooked meat.
Prevent cross-contamination by using separate cutting boards and utensils for raw and cooked foods.
Do not leave cooked corned beef at room temperature for more than 2 hours (or 1 hour if the temperature is above 90°F/32°C).
