Store cucumber yogurt in a clean, airtight container in the refrigerator at 40°F (4°C) or below. Consume within 3-4 days for best quality and safety.
Freezer
1-2 months
While safe indefinitely, the quality of cucumber yogurt may decline after 1-2 months due to texture changes from freezing and thawing, especially with the cucumber becoming watery and the yogurt separating. Freeze in airtight, freezer-safe containers.

Room Temperature Safety
The 'Danger Zone' for bacterial growth is between 40°F (4°C) and 140°F (60°C).
