Room Temperature Safety
For cooked pasta: 40°F–140°F (4°C–60°C).
Dried pasta is shelf-stable at room temperature. Once cooked, pasta should not be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
Safe Handling
Keep dried pasta in its original packaging or an airtight container to prevent moisture absorption and pest infestation.
Cook pasta to an internal temperature that achieves desired doneness and texture.
Once cooked, refrigerate leftover pasta promptly within 2 hours.
