Room Temperature Safety

Perishable foods, including fresh produce, should not be left at room temperature (between 40°F and 140°F) for more than 2 hours. If the ambient temperature is above 90°F (32°C), food should not be left out for more than 1 hour.
Safe Handling
Wash drumsticks thoroughly under running water before cutting or cooking.
Prevent cross-contamination by using separate cutting boards and utensils for raw produce and raw meats.
Cook drumsticks to desired tenderness; they are typically boiled, steamed, or added to curries and stews.
