Cooked dumplings should not be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
Refrigerator
3-4 days
Store cooked dumplings in shallow, airtight containers to ensure rapid cooling and prevent bacterial growth. Reheat thoroughly to 165°F (74°C).
Freezer
3-4 months
Freeze cooked dumplings in airtight freezer-safe containers or heavy-duty freezer bags. For best quality, freeze individual dumplings on a baking sheet before transferring to a bag to prevent sticking.
