Store in original packaging or tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Keep at 40°F (4°C) or below.
Freezer

For best quality, wrap tightly in heavy-duty aluminum foil or freezer wrap, or place in a heavy-duty freezer bag. Label with date.
Signs of Spoilage
- Sour or off-odor
- Slimy or sticky texture
- Discoloration (e.g., greenish or grayish tint)
- Presence of mold
Room Temperature Safety
The 'Danger Zone' for bacterial growth is between 40°F (4°C) and 140°F (60°C).
Always refrigerate or freeze opened deli ham promptly to prevent bacterial growth. Discard any ham left in the danger zone for too long.
Safe Handling
Keep refrigerated at or below 40°F (4°C).
Do not leave at room temperature for more than 2 hours (1 hour if above 90°F/32°C).
