Keep in original airtight packaging or wrap tightly in heavy-duty foil or freezer wrap. Cook directly from frozen or thaw in the refrigerator.

Room Temperature Safety
The 'Danger Zone' for bacterial growth is between 40°F (4°C) and 140°F (60°C).
Thaw frozen enchiladas in the refrigerator, cold water, or microwave. Never thaw on the counter. Cooked enchiladas should be refrigerated within 2 hours.
Safe Handling
Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) as measured with a food thermometer.
