Freezer
6-8 months (for best quality); safe indefinitely at 0°F (-18°C)
Keep frozen at 0°F (-18°C) or below. For best quality, use within 6-8 months. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Signs of Spoilage
- Off-odor (sour or unpleasant smell)
- Mold growth (fuzzy spots of any color)
- Slimy or sticky texture (for thawed or cooked fries)
- Significant discoloration beyond normal browning
Room Temperature Safety
The 'Danger Zone' for bacterial growth is between 40°F (4°C) and 140°F (60°C).
