Room Temperature Safety
The 'Danger Zone' for bacterial growth is between 40°F (4°C) and 140°F (60°C).
Cooked glass noodles should be refrigerated or frozen promptly to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria. Discard any noodles left in the danger zone for too long.
Safe Handling
Reheat cooked noodles to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Do not leave cooked noodles at room temperature for more than 2 hours; if the ambient temperature is above 90°F (32°C), discard after 1 hour.
Avoid cross-contamination by using separate cutting boards and utensils for raw ingredients and cooked foods.
