Haneeni, being a prepared dish with perishable ingredients like butter, should not be stored at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers.
Refrigerator
3-4 days
Store Haneeni in a shallow, airtight container to maintain freshness and prevent it from absorbing odors from other foods. Ensure it cools completely before refrigerating.
Freezer
2-3 months
To freeze Haneeni, wrap individual portions tightly in plastic wrap, then in aluminum foil, or place in a heavy-duty freezer bag or airtight freezer-safe container to prevent freezer burn.

- Visible mold growth
- Slimy or sticky texture
- Unusual discoloration
Room Temperature Safety
The 'Danger Zone' for bacterial growth is between 40°F (4°C) and 140°F (60°C).
Promptly refrigerate or freeze Haneeni after serving to minimize time spent in the danger zone and prevent the growth of harmful bacteria.
