Store unopened jars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, transfer to the refrigerator immediately.

After opening, transfer cherries and their liquid to a clean, non-metal, airtight container. Store in the refrigerator.

Freezer

8-12 months

For best quality, transfer jarred cherries (drained or with liquid) to freezer-safe containers or heavy-duty freezer bags, leaving headspace. Thaw in the refrigerator.
