Fresh lime leaves will wilt and spoil quickly at room temperature.

Wrap fresh lime leaves in a damp paper towel and place in a plastic bag or airtight container in the crisper drawer.
Freezer

Wash and pat dry lime leaves. Freeze whole in an airtight freezer bag or container, or chop and freeze in ice cube trays with a little water or oil.
