Mortadella, once opened, is a perishable food and must be refrigerated immediately. Do not store at room temperature.

Refrigerator

3-5 days

Store opened mortadella in its original packaging, tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or aluminum foil, or transfer to an airtight container to maintain freshness and prevent contamination.

Freezer

1-2 months

For best quality, wrap mortadella tightly in heavy-duty aluminum foil, plastic freezer wrap, or place in a freezer bag. Thaw in the refrigerator before use.
