Perishable ingredients like meat, cheese, and beans should not be stored at room temperature.
Refrigerator

Store promptly in shallow, airtight containers. Cover tightly. Reheat to 165°F (74°C).
Freezer
2-6 months
Freeze in airtight containers or heavy-duty freezer bags. Thaw in the refrigerator before reheating. Quality may decline after 2 months for some components.

Room Temperature Safety
40°F–140°F (4°C–60°C)
Perishable food should not be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours. If the ambient temperature is above 90°F (32°C), food should not be left out for more than 1 hour. Discard any food left in the danger zone for too long.
Safe Handling
Reheat all leftovers to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Do not leave perishable food out at room temperature for more than 2 hours (1 hour if the temperature is above 90°F/32°C).
Prevent cross-contamination by using separate utensils and surfaces for raw ingredients (if any are added fresh) and cooked food.
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before and after handling food.
