Cooked noodles should not be stored at room temperature for more than 2 hours (1 hour if above 90°F/32°C). Dry, uncooked noodles can be stored in a cool, dry pantry for up to 2 years unopened, or 1 year once opened.

Refrigerator

3-4 days

Store cooked noodles in shallow, airtight containers. Refrigerate promptly within 2 hours of cooking.

Freezer

1-2 months

Freeze cooked noodles in airtight containers or heavy-duty freezer bags. For best quality, freeze plain and add sauce after thawing and reheating.

Signs of Spoilage

  • Sour or off odor
  • Slimy or sticky texture
  • Visible mold
  • Discoloration

Cooked noodles should not be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours. If the ambient temperature is above 90°F (32°C), the limit is 1 hour. Discard any cooked noodles left out longer than these times.
