Room Temperature Safety

Safe Handling
Cook eggs thoroughly until yolks and whites are firm, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
Wash hands, utensils, and surfaces with hot, soapy water before and after handling raw eggs.
Avoid cross-contamination by keeping raw eggs separate from other foods.
Reheat leftover omelets thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
