Refrigerator

Store promptly in an airtight container to prevent absorption of odors and maintain freshness. Keep at 40°F (4°C) or below.
Freezer
1-2 months
Wrap individual slices or the whole cake tightly in plastic wrap, then in aluminum foil, or place in a heavy-duty freezer bag or airtight container to prevent freezer burn. Thaw in the refrigerator.

Room Temperature Safety
The 'Danger Zone' for bacterial growth is between 40°F (4°C) and 140°F (60°C).
