Store ripe plums unwashed in a plastic bag or crisper drawer in the refrigerator. Wash just before eating.

Freezer

10-12 months

Wash, pit, and slice plums. Freeze in a single layer on a baking sheet until solid, then transfer to freezer bags or airtight containers. Remove as much air as possible.

Room Temperature Safety
