Cool cooked scrambled eggs completely before freezing. Store in freezer-safe containers or heavy-duty freezer bags. Thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.

The 'Danger Zone' for bacterial growth is between 40°F (4.4°C) and 140°F (60°C).

Cook eggs until yolks and whites are firm, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F (71.1°C).
