Room Temperature Safety

Promptly refrigerate or discard milk that has been left out within the danger zone for too long to prevent the rapid growth of harmful bacteria.
Safe Handling
Keep milk refrigerated at 40°F (4°C) or below.
Do not leave milk at room temperature for more than 2 hours (1 hour if above 90°F/32°C).
Always check 'sell-by' or 'use-by' dates and consume or freeze by then.
Return milk to the refrigerator immediately after use.
