Sliced mango should be refrigerated promptly to maintain safety and quality.

Store sliced mango in a clean, airtight container. Keep it separate from raw meats and poultry to prevent cross-contamination.
Freezer

For best quality, freeze mango slices in a single layer on a baking sheet until solid, then transfer to freezer bags or airtight containers. Remove as much air as possible to prevent freezer burn.

Room Temperature Safety

Do not leave sliced mango at room temperature for more than 2 hours. If the ambient temperature is above 90°F (32°C), discard after 1 hour.
