Pantry

Store dried somen in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep in original sealed packaging or an airtight container.

Store cooked somen in shallow, airtight containers. Refrigerate promptly within 2 hours of cooking.

Freezer

1-2 months (cooked)

Store cooked somen in airtight freezer bags or containers. Label with the date. Thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.
