Cooked spaghetti should not be stored at pantry temperatures due to rapid bacterial growth.
Refrigerator
3-4 days
Store cooked spaghetti in shallow, airtight containers. Refrigerate promptly within 2 hours after cooking.
Freezer
1-2 months
Store cooked spaghetti in airtight freezer-safe containers or heavy-duty freezer bags. For best quality, freeze without sauce. Thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.

Room Temperature Safety

Cooked spaghetti should not be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours. If the ambient temperature is above 90°F (32°C), the limit is 1 hour before it should be discarded.

Cook spaghetti to an internal temperature that is safe for consumption.
Refrigerate cooked spaghetti promptly within 2 hours of cooking or removal from heat.
Reheat cooked spaghetti thoroughly to 165°F (74°C).
