Room Temperature Safety

Perishable foods, including spinach dip, should not be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours. If the ambient temperature is above 90°F (32°C), the limit is 1 hour.

The 'Danger Zone' for bacterial growth is between 40°F (4°C) and 140°F (60°C).

Always keep spinach dip refrigerated until ready to serve. If serving at a party, keep it chilled over ice or in small batches, replenishing as needed, and discard any dip that has been out too long.
