Pantry

Until 'Best By' date (unopened)

Store unopened bottles in a cool, dark pantry away from direct sunlight and heat. Once opened, it must be refrigerated and should not be stored in the pantry.

Refrigerator

1-2 months (after opening)

Keep tightly sealed in the refrigerator after opening. Store on an interior shelf where temperatures are more consistent, rather than the refrigerator door.

Freezer

Not Recommended

Not recommended

Freezing is not recommended as it can cause the emulsion to separate, altering texture and quality, and may lead to an undesirable appearance.

Signs of Spoilage

  • Off-odor (sour, rancid)
  • Visible mold growth
  • Significant discoloration
  • Unusual separation or curdling of the emulsion
  • Slimy or sticky texture

Room Temperature Safety

2-hour rule (1 hour if ambient temperature is above 90°F/32°C)

40°F–140°F (4°C–60°C)

Perishable foods, including opened dressings, should not be left at room temperature (between 40°F and 140°F) for more than 2 hours. If the temperature is above 90°F (32°C), discard after 1 hour.
