Store opened turkey ham in its original packaging or tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or aluminum foil to maintain freshness and prevent contamination. Keep at 40°F (4°C) or below.
Freezer
1 to 2 months
For best quality, freeze opened turkey ham in its original packaging or rewrap tightly in heavy-duty aluminum foil, plastic freezer wrap, or place in a freezer bag. Label with the date.
Signs of Spoilage

- Slimy or sticky texture
- Discoloration (e.g., greenish or grayish tint)
- Presence of mold
Room Temperature Safety
The 'Danger Zone' for bacterial growth is between 40°F (4°C) and 140°F (60°C).
