Signs of Spoilage

Room Temperature Safety
The danger zone (40°F–140°F) applies to cooked or rehydrated noodles. Dry noodles are shelf-stable.
Dry noodles should be stored in a cool, dry pantry. Once cooked, perishable cooked noodles should not be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours (1 hour if the temperature is above 90°F/32°C).
Safe Handling
Keep dry noodles in their original sealed packaging or an airtight container to prevent moisture absorption and pest infestation.
Once cooked, Yock noodles become a perishable food item and should be refrigerated promptly.
Cooked noodles should be reheated to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
